Kolkata Port Accretion Limited (KPAL) has entered into an agreement with Inland Waterways Authority of India (IWAI) for the development of an extended port gate system at Balagarh, West Bengal. This involves the creation of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) called 'Balagarh Port Infrastructure Development Limited', for which a Company Secretary is required.

Educational Qualification

The incumbent should be an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Candidates having passed the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, or qualified as LLB, will be considered as desired additional qualifications.

Age Limit Details

The candidate should preferably be within 40 years of age.

Salary & Pay Scale

The selected candidate will be paid a fixed consolidated remuneration of Rs. 75,000/- per month, subject to statutory deductions as applicable from time to time.
