Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • OIC Polyclinic: Graduate (Retired officers only).
  • Medical Officer: MBBS degree.
  • Pharmacist: B Pharmacy from a recognized institute.
  • Dental Assistant: Diploma in Dental Hygiene or Class 1 DH/DORA Course from Armed Forces.
  • Female Attendant: Must be Literate.

Age Limit Details

Appointments are for a period of one year, renewable for an additional year or until attaining the maximum prescribed age limit for the specific post.

  • Include two sets of self-attested photocopies of: 10th, 12th, Diploma, Graduation, Post Graduation, Attempt Certificate, Computer courses certificate, PPO, Discharge Book, ESM I-Card, Experience Certificates, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Registration Certificate, and Police verification.
  • Attach two passport-sized photographs.
  • A medical fitness certificate signed by a Medical Officer of a dependent Polyclinic and countersigned by SEMO (for ESM) or CMO (for others) must be attached.
  • The last date for receipt of application is 28 Aug 2025.
