This role is ideal for dedicated graduates in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Agricultural Engineering, Dairy Technology, Veterinary, or Animal Science with 1-2 years of practical experience in natural resource management, financing, value chain management, or agri. marketing projects. The ideal candidate must be physically fit for extensive travel in rugged terrains, proficient in MS Office and mobile data collection apps, and fluent in the State language, with additional knowledge of local dialects being a strong advantage. A proactive approach to project monitoring and reporting is essential.

Individuals without a specific graduate degree in the stipulated agricultural/animal science fields, or those lacking the mandatory 1-2 years of relevant project experience, should not apply. Candidates unwilling to undertake significant field travel within Mizoram and other parts of the country, or those not proficient in the local language, will find this role challenging. It is a contractual position for 11 months with potential extension, and applicants seeking permanent government employment or without a 'No Dues Clearance' from previous employers (if applicable) should be aware of these terms.
