This role is ideally suited for highly experienced individuals, particularly those who have retired or are nearing retirement from a Government or PSU entity, possessing a minimum of 20 years in HR and establishment matters. An ideal candidate would be a graduate with proven expertise in grievance handling, labour compliance, disciplinary procedures, and manpower planning, seeking a challenging contractual re-employment opportunity in a significant public sector infrastructure project.

Candidates without extensive prior experience (less than 20 years) in HR roles within government or PSU organizations should not apply. Individuals looking for a permanent employment position or those who prefer a long-term, open-ended tenure might find the initial one-year contractual basis unsuitable. This is not a role for freshers or those with limited experience in the specified HR domains.
