Salary & Pay Scale
Compensation Package & Benefits:
- Basic Pay: Ranges from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 220,000 per month depending on the designation and experience.
- Additional Allowances: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), 35% of Basic Pay as perquisites, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Provident Fund, Pension, and Gratuity as per Company rules.
- Annual Increment: Consultants are eligible for an annual increment @ 3% on extension/continuation of the contract, subject to assessment.
