Salary & Pay Scale

Compensation Package & Benefits:
  • Basic Pay: Ranges from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 220,000 per month depending on the designation and experience.
  • Additional Allowances: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), 35% of Basic Pay as perquisites, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Provident Fund, Pension, and Gratuity as per Company rules.
  • Annual Increment: Consultants are eligible for an annual increment @ 3% on extension/continuation of the contract, subject to assessment.
Medical & Insurance Benefits:

If current employment proof is not produced, an Offer of Appointment, Employee ID Proof, and Latest Pay Slip must be attached.
  6. NOC for PSU/Govt Employees: Candidates working in PSUs/Govt. organizations must submit a 'No Objection Certificate' at the time of application or interview.
