  • Details of major/minor penalties imposed during the last 10 years (or a certificate stating no penalties were imposed).
  • No Objection Certificate (NoC) from the parent organization for deputation to NHIDCL.

The envelope containing the application should be superscribed with "Application for the post of [Name of the post] on Deputation basis".
