NHSRCL Joint General Manager (Land Management & Social Development) Recruitment 2026: 1 Vacancy

This role is ideally suited for highly experienced professionals (15+ years) with a strong background in Land Acquisition for major rail and road infrastructure projects. Candidates must demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in such projects, specifically including 2 years in foreign-funded initiatives focusing on Social Impact Assessment, Resettlement Action Plan (RAP), and Income Restoration. A Graduate degree in any discipline is essential, with an MBA being a desirable asset. The ideal candidate will thrive in a challenging environment involving complex stakeholder management, regulatory compliance, and contributing to a national-level infrastructure development.

Individuals lacking the mandatory 15 years of post-qualification experience, or those without substantial (at least 5 years) and specific experience in land acquisition for large-scale rail/road projects (especially with foreign funding exposure), should not apply.
