- Audiologist: Bachelor in Audiology & Speech Language Pathology / BSc (Speech & Hearing).
- Medical Officer (Blood Service): M.D. in Pathology or Transfusion Medicines OR M.B.B.S. with Diploma in Pathology or Transfusion Medicines OR MBBS (with completed/completing compulsory rotatory internship by 31.03.2025) and valid registration.
- Clinical Psychologist: Recognized qualification in Clinical Psychology (RCI Act 1992) OR Postgraduate degree in Psychology/Clinical Psychology/Applied Psychology/Master of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology/Medical and Social Psychology with 2 years supervised clinical training.
- Community Health Officer: Integrated course of BPCCHN included in B. Sc. Nursing (2021 or later) OR GNM / Post Basic B.Sc / B.Sc. Nursing (before 2021) undergoing CPCH Training, with valid registration from WBNC.
- Yoga Instructor (Male/Female): Secondary/Madhyamik passed with Certificate/Diploma in Yoga affiliated by the West Bengal Council of Yoga and Naturopathy (WBCYN), and registered with WBCYN.
- District Programme Manager (DPM) (AYUSH): Graduation in any discipline (including AYUSH) and MBA in Healthcare Management/HR OR Masters in Health/Hospital Administration OR a 2-year Post Graduation diploma in Hospital & Healthcare Management (AICTE recognized), along with computer proficiency.
For most positions, proficiency in local language and permanent residency of West Bengal are essential. Computer knowledge is also a common requirement across many roles.
