Paradip Port Authority Recruitment 2026: 01 Traffic Manager (HOD) Vacancy

The post offers an initial pay scale of Rs. 1,00,000 - 2,60,000 (Pre-Revised Rs. 43,200 - 66,000, pre-pre-revised Rs. 18,500 - 23,900).

Upon successful completion of three years of regular service, the incumbent will be elevated to the scale of Rs. 1,20,000 - 2,80,000 (Pre-Revised Rs. 20,500 - 26,500), subject to fulfilling relevant conditions contained in the Ministry's letter No. A-12023/15/2018-PE-I dated 19.11.2019.

Eligible and willing officers must submit their application through the following process:

1. Online Application: Register and apply via the 'Online Application Portal' (OAP) of the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways at http://onlinevacancy.shipmin.nic.in.
2. Document Submission: After online submission, take a printout of the filled application. Affix two recent passport-size photographs on the right-hand corner.
3. Required Enclosures: Self-attested copies of the following certificates and documents must be submitted along with the printout:
   • APARs/ACRs for the last 5 years (2021-22 to 2025-26), attested by an officer not below the rank of Dy.HoD. If unavailable for a year, a "No Report Certificate" must be furnished.
   • Attested copies of educational, experience, and age certificates.
   • No-objection certificate from the respective port.
   • An undertaking not to withdraw if selected.
   • Certificate from the Head of Office (Annexure-II).
   • Vigilance / Administrative clearance from the concerned port (Annexure-III).
