Residents manage outpatient (OPD), inpatient (IPD), emergency, and ICU duties along with teaching MBBS students and nursing trainees. The clinical workload is rigorous with frequent rotational emergency calls, inter-departmental referrals, and participation in academic grand rounds and clinical mortality audits.
