POWERGRID Recruitment 2025 for 1543 Field Engineer & Supervisor Posts on Contract Basis

The remuneration for the posts includes basic pay, Industrial DA, HRA, and Perks. The details are as follows:

• Field Engineers: Pay band of ₹30,000-3%-1,20,000 with an initial basic pay of ₹30,000. The approximate annual CTC is ₹8.9 Lakhs.
• Field Supervisors: Pay band of ₹23,000-3%-1,05,000 with an initial basic pay of ₹23,000. The approximate annual CTC is ₹6.8 Lakhs.

Other benefits include HRA as per POWERGRID rules, EPF & EPS coverage, Gratuity, entitlement to Casual, Sick, and Earned Leave, medical benefits for self and family (from the second year), and coverage under the Group Personal Accident Insurance scheme.
