RCF Recruitment 2025 for 1 Advisor (Corporate Communication) Post

The remuneration for the Advisor role is a lump sum equivalent to 80% of the last drawn Basic Pay plus Dearness Allowance (DA). If the selected candidate retains RCF Township accommodation, the remuneration will be adjusted to 70% of the last drawn Basic Pay plus DA. The position does not include benefits such as PF, Gratuity, or PRP, but does provide for casual leave and other facilities like medical and TA/DA as per the last regular employment terms at RCF.

2. Scan the duly filled application form.
3. Scan supporting documents for age, date of birth, work experience, and the service certificate issued by RCF at the time of superannuation.
