Option A (Preferred): Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) degree from a recognized university/institution.

Option C: P.G. Diploma (minimum 1-year course), with 2 years of experience.
Option D: Yoga Certification Board, New Delhi certified Yoga Wellness Instructor certificate, with 1 year of experience.

Age Limit Details

The maximum age for Male Yoga Instructor is 21 years as on 01.07.2025. Age limit for Female Yoga Instructor is not explicitly mentioned. Age relaxation for Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/Other Backward Classes and other categories will be applicable as per the Uttar Pradesh Government rules and regulations issued from time to time.
