Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must hold an MBA, PGDBA, PGDBM, PGDM, PGDHRM, or equivalent qualification with a specialization in HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/MHROD.
- A certificate from the Institute/University clearly indicating the specialization in MBA/PG Diploma/Post Graduate Program in Management must be submitted. Self-declarations are not acceptable.
