Social Worker

This role is ideal for dedicated post-graduate Social Workers (MA/MSW) with prior grassroot experience in casework or intervention for women's issues, particularly related to gender-based violence. Candidates must be fluent in Marathi and local dialects, willing to travel within Maharashtra, and possess basic computer literacy. Candidates lacking a post-graduate degree in Social Work (MA/MSW) or relevant prior experience in direct intervention on women's issues should not apply. Those unwilling to work on a contractual basis, relocate to or reside near Yavatmal district, or who are not fluent in Marathi may find this role unsuitable. The consolidated pay of INR 12,000/- per month without TA/DA for the interview might also be a dealbreaker for some.
