South East Central Railway Sports Quota Posts Recruitment 2026 for 22 Vacancies

Note: The number of vacancies in higher grade pay may be downgraded to lower grade pay if suitable candidates are not found.

Candidates must apply ONLINE by visiting the official South East Central Railway website: www.secr.indianrailways.gov.in.

Follow these steps:

• Carefully read the detailed instructions provided in the notification before filling out the online application.
• Log on to the SECR website and accurately fill in personal details and bio-data.
• Candidates must be in possession of an Aadhaar card. At the time of registration, provide the 12-digit Aadhaar Card number or, if not received, the 28-digit Aadhaar Card Enrolment ID. Applicants from Jammu & Kashmir, Meghalaya, and Assam may use Voter ID, valid passport, driving license, or other valid government identity card numbers.
• Upload a recent color photograph (3.5 cm x 3.5 cm, JPG/JPEG format, 100 DPI, file size 20kb-70kb) that is not older than three months. The photograph should have a clear front view of the candidate without cap and sunglasses.
• Upload a scanned signature (3.5 cm x 2.5 cm, JPG/JPEG format, 100 DPI, file size 20kb-30kb) written in running hand with a black ink pen on a pure white background. Signatures should be uniform across all recruitment stages.
• Ensure all uploaded documents (educational qualifications, sports achievements, date of birth proof) are legible.
• A registration number will be issued upon submission; candidates are advised to preserve it for future reference.
• It is not required to send a printout of the application or any certificates by post to RRC/SECR.
• Apply well before the closing date to avoid last-minute technical issues.
• Candidates applying for more than one game/event must submit separate applications with separate fees.

• For all candidates (except reserved categories): Rs. 500/-
• For SC/ST, Ex-Servicemen, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), Women, Minorities, and Economically Backward Classes (EBC) candidates: Rs. 250/-

Note: The fee of Rs. 250/- for reserved categories will be refunded after deducting bank charges, but only for candidates who actually appear in the selection trials.
