Candidates must possess the following qualifications for the respective posts:
- Sports Coordinator: Graduate in Journalism (specializing in Sports) or Mass Communication from a recognized university. Preference for candidates with work experience in sports journalism within media institutions, sports federations, academies, or sports departments.
- Physiotherapist: Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) degree from a UGC-recognized university, registered with the relevant State Council, and physically fit.
- Coach (Kabaddi, Cricket, Kayaking): NIS certificate or a one-year full-time NIS equivalent diploma from a recognized institution, with Master of Physical Education (MPED) being mandatory. International players will be given preference.
- Female Superintendent: Graduate degree from a recognized university, along with a one-year diploma/certificate in Data Entry Operator/Programming from a recognized institution, and must pass a computer proficiency test.
- Peon & Cook: Must have passed 12th Class. Proficient in office work (for Peon) and cooking (for Cook), with a physical test for cooking proficiency. Experienced candidates will be given preference.
