TISS Hostel Attendant MTS Recruitment 2026

• Minimum Qualification: 10th standard pass from a Government recognized school, with basic reading and writing literacy in Marathi, Hindi, or English to comprehend safety labels, chemical instructions, and guest requests.
• Preferred Experience & Skills: Certificate in Hospitality, Housekeeping, or Hostel Maintenance is preferred. Experience of 6 months to 2 years in hostels, hotels, guest houses, hospitals, or student dormitories handling industrial cleaning equipment, chemical safety, bed-making, and deep cleaning.
• Gender Criterion: Male candidates only (for RCF Hostel JET III duties).
• Physical stamina to lift heavy items (mattresses, laundry bags) and polite interpersonal communication skills.

Candidates should preferably be below 40 years of age as on 30 October 2026. Age relaxation is permissible in exceptional cases or for persons holding analogous positions as per TISS rules.
