- Candidate must have a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) or M.Tech in one of the following disciplines: Information Technology, Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum of 60% marks is required in the qualifying degree (with 5% relaxation for ST/SC candidates).
- Candidates possessing a PG degree with NET/GATE qualification would be given preference.
- Knowledge of Kokborok Language and programming in Python/MATLAB/C/C++ and Android App or Flutter development is highly preferable.
