AGDC Tripura Dental Faculty Recruitment 2026

Professor: BDS Degree of an Indian University or recognized equivalent qualification with Post Graduate qualification / Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in the concerned specialty as amended by DCI from time to time + minimum 5 years teaching experience as Reader or Associate Professor in a recognized Dental College.

Associate Professor: BDS Degree of an Indian University or recognized equivalent qualification with Post Graduate qualification / Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in the concerned specialty as amended by DCI from time to time + minimum 4 years teaching experience as Assistant Professor or Lecturer in a recognized Dental College.

Age should not be more than 55 years for Professor and 50 years for Associate Professor as on the date of application. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for ST, SC, PH/PwD and Government in-service candidates.

1. Download and print the prescribed application form from the official website (dme.tripura.gov.in or agdc.tripura.gov.in).
2. Complete all personal details, academic qualifications (Madhyamik, Higher Secondary, BDS, MDS), work experience history, and list of research publications in indexed journals.
3. Fill out details of salary drawn in the last 6 months and attach Form 16 / TDS statements generated from TRACES for the last 3 financial years.
4. Prepare two complete sets of self-attested photocopies of all required certificates: Madhyamik mark sheet, HS (+2) mark sheet, Aadhaar Card, BDS mark sheets & degree, Internship completion certificate, MDS mark sheets & degree, Updated Dental Council Registration Certificate, Experience Certificates, Gold Medals/Awards, Indexed Journal Publications, Caste Certificate (if applicable), Age Proof Certificate, and Permanent Resident of Tripura Certificate (PRTC).
5. Sign the handwritten undertaking and submit the completed application along with 2 sets of documents to: The Principal, Agartala Government Dental College & I.G.M Hospital, I.G.M. Hospital Complex, Agartala, West Tripura, Pin-799001 on or before 10th November, 2026 up to 5:00 PM.
