MBBS degree (including completion of compulsory rotatory internship) or equivalent degree recognized by MCI/NMC. Only candidates who have passed MBBS and completed internship between 01.11.2023 and 31.10.2026 (not earlier than 3 years before start date of junior residency) are eligible. Valid INI-CET (July 2026) scorecard and rank or FMGE scorecard (for foreign graduates) is mandatory. Permanent registration with Delhi Medical Council (DMC) or State Medical Council is required at joining.
