Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a relevant B.E./B.Tech degree for Forensic Engineering, or an M.Sc. degree in First or Second Class in the concerned science discipline (Physics / Chemistry / Biology / Forensic Science / Biotechnology) or an MBBS with a B.Sc. degree in basic sciences. In addition, candidates must have at least five (5) years of practical laboratory experience in a Forensic Science, Chemistry, Analytical, or Police Laboratory, along with exceptionally good eyesight (colour blindness is a disqualification).

Age Limit & Relaxations

Candidate must be between 18 and 42 years of age as on the crucial date of notification. Upper age relaxation of 5 years is applicable for SC, ST, BC, and EWS candidates, and 10 years for PwBD candidates as per AP State and Subordinate Service Rules.
