Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Basic: Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- Professional: Bachelor Degree in Optometry OR a 2-year Diploma in Optometry & Ophthalmic technique recognized by the State Medical Faculty of West Bengal or any recognized University/Institution.
Age Limit Details
Minimum age is 21 years and maximum is 32 years. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates as per the existing norms of the West Bengal State Government.
Salary & Pay Scale
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 1,000/- per day for working 3 (three) days in a week.

The recruitment is through a Walk-in-Interview and document verification process.

- Venue: 3rd Floor Meeting Hall O/o the CMOH, Alipurduar, Babu Para, Maya Talkies Road, Ward No-12, Dist- Alipurduar, Pin: 736121.
- Requirements: Candidates must bring a properly filled application form (attached to the notification), original documents, self-attested photocopies of all credentials, a recent passport-size photograph, and the Demand Draft for the application fee.

- General & EWS: Rs. 100/-
- Reserved (SC, ST, OBC-A, OBC-B, PWD): Rs. 50/-
- Payment Mode: Non-refundable Demand Draft in favour of “DH & FWS, ALIPURDUAR, NON NHM ACCOUNT” payable at Alipurduar.
