Educational Qualification

• Associate Project Engineer (1 Post): B.Tech (Chemical/Mechanical Engg) with 3 years' experience, OR M.Tech with 2 years' experience; experience in plywood adhesive formulation and characterization prioritized.
• Associate Project Scientist (1 Post): M.Sc. in Chemistry with 2 years' relevant experience, OR B.Sc. in Chemistry with 4 years' relevant experience; adhesive manufacturing experience preferred.
• Monthly Pay: ₹40,000/- + 18% HRA (Total ₹47,200/- per month) + Medical Facility.
• Duration: 06 months on project basis.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Upper age limit is 40 years as per standard IIT Guwahati project staff recruitment rules. Relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/Women/PwD candidates applicable as per Government of India guidelines.

The Associate Project Engineer and Associate Project Scientist work in the Department of Chemical Engineering at IIT Guwahati under the mentorship of Prof. Nageswara Rao.
