• Work Experience: 3 to 10 years of post-qualification professional experience in the power sector in Regulatory Affairs, Power Distribution, Transmission Planning, Generation, SLDC load flow studies, or Electricity Markets.
• Technical Competencies: Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (particularly Advanced Excel modeling) and deep familiarity with the Indian Electricity Act 2003, National Tariff Policy, and National Electricity Policy.
• Desirable: Prior working experience in a State or Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC/CERC/JERC).

Pay Scale & Monthly Remuneration
Monthly lump sum professional fee: ₹90,000/- to ₹1,35,000/- per month. Initial contract tenure is for 1 year, extendable on satisfactory performance on an annual renewal basis with performance-based fee enhancement as per JERC regulations.
Consolidated monthly professional fee in the range of ₹90,000/- to ₹1,35,000/- per month (excluding GST, if applicable). While on official domestic tours, travel reimbursement is admissible equivalent to Level 7 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
