• Educational Qualification: High School (Class 10th) examination pass from a recognized Board under the 10+2 system, or 11th pass under the old system.
• Technical Qualification (Any of the following):
(1) National Trade Certificate (NTC) / National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) / State Trade Certificate (STC) in Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA) trade from NCVT/SCVT; OR
(2) Degree / Diploma in Computer Science Engineering / IT or equivalent from an AICTE/UGC recognized University/Board; OR
(3) BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) / PGDCA from a recognized University; OR
(4) DOEACC 'A' Level Certificate.
• CITS / CTI Preference: National Craft Instructor Certificate (NCIC) / CTI from DGT apex training institutes (ATI/CTI/NVTI/IToT) in the COPA trade. Candidates with CTI will be given first preference in merit ranking.
• Domicile Requirement: Must be a bonafide resident / domicile of Chhattisgarh state.
