• Technical Qualification: National Trade Certificate (NTC) / ITI pass in Electrician (विजतंत्री) trade from an NCVT recognized Industrial Training Institute (all semesters mark sheets).

Boisar is a strategic transmission hub connecting power from Tarapur Atomic Power Station (TAPS) and western grid lines to industrial MIDC zones across Palghar and Mumbai periphery. Apprentices work under the supervision of Executive Engineers, Junior Engineers, and senior technicians across 400kV, 220kV, and 132kV substations. Daily duties include transmission line patrolling, high-voltage transformer maintenance, switchgear and circuit breaker oil testing, substation busbar earthing inspections, control panel wiring, battery bank maintenance, and electrical safety drills. The environment is industrial, outdoors, safety-critical, and provides comprehensive foundational experience in utility-scale power transmission.
