Mayurbhanj District Court Recruitment 2026 – Apply for 23 Junior Clerk, Steno & Typist Posts

Educational & Technical Qualifications:
• Junior Clerk-Cum-Copyist, Junior Typist & Grade-III Stenographer: Must have passed at least +3 Examination (Graduation in Arts, Science, Commerce or equivalent) from a recognized University, plus Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) from a recognized institute.
• Skill Standards: Stenographer Grade-III requires minimum 80 w.p.m. in shorthand and 40 w.p.m. in typewriting. Junior Typist requires minimum 40 w.p.m. typing speed in English on computer.
• Salaried Amin: Passed Matriculation (10th) from a recognized Board AND successfully completed Revenue Inspector (RI) Training, along with operating knowledge of computers.
• Odia Language: Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to M.E. standard.

Candidate must be over 18 years and below 42 years of age as on the closing date (07.09.2026).
• Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC, ST, SEBC, and Women candidates.
• Upper age limit is relaxable by 10 years for PwBD candidates.
• Ex-Servicemen: Age relaxation as per relevant State Government rules.

• Candidates must submit duly filled application forms in the prescribed "Form A" format.
• The Post Name and Category must be mentioned in CAPITAL LETTERS on the top of the envelope containing the application.
• The duly filled application, along with all required self-attested documents, must reach "THE DISTRICT JUDGE, MAYURBHANJ, AT/P.O. BARIPADA, DIST. MAYURBHANJ, ODISHA, PIN-757001" by Speed Post.
• Alternatively, applications can be dropped in the Application Drop Box located in the Administrative Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Mayurbhanj.
• The application must be received by 5:00 P.M. on September 7, 2026. Applications received after this date and time will be summarily rejected.
• Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications along with relevant documents for each post.
• Required documents include self-attested copies of educational certificates (H.S.C., +2, +3, Computer Diploma), Caste Certificate (if applicable), Medical Certificate (for PwD), Ex-Serviceman/Sports Person Certificates, Revenue Inspector Training Certificate (for Salaried Amin), Employment Exchange Card, No Objection Certificate (for government employees), and Conversion Certificate (if grade marks).
• Two self-addressed envelopes each with a postal stamp of Rs. 60/- for despatch of call letters by Speed Post.
• Two Character Certificates issued by two different gazetted officers/medical practitioner/Sarpanch.
• One recent self-attested passport size photograph affixed to the application form and two additional self-attested passport size photographs to be submitted with the form.
