• Computer Proficiency: Must hold a valid Computer Proficiency Certificate as prescribed under the Mizoram Group ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’ posts Service/Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2023.
• Mizo Language Proficiency: Must achieve pass marks in the qualifying Mizo Language Proficiency Test. Candidates who studied Mizo subject in Class-X (HSLC) or above in Mizoram, or opted for Mizo as MIL outside Mizoram, are exempted.
