Educational Qualification

Four-year Nursing Course (B.Sc. Nursing) from a recognized Board or University, along with valid registration with the State Nursing Council or Indian Nursing Council (INC). Desirable: 2 years of experience in Neonatal Care / NICU, proficiency in blood sample collection, aseptic procedures, documentation, clinical-trial work, and willingness to work in rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
