Field-wise Educational Qualifications:

  • Management (8 Posts): Master's Degree in Business Management/Administration (MBA) or relevant management discipline from a recognized university. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and analytical presentation tools. Desirable: Certifications in public policy, project management, or strategic planning.
  • Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering (1 Post): Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering from an AICTE/UGC/SBTE-approved polytechnic or university. Desirable: Knowledge of estimation, costing, BOQ, CPWD/DSR rates, AutoCAD, STAAD, or Primavera.
  • Pharmacy (1 Post): D.Pharm or B.Pharm from a Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) recognized institute, with mandatory valid registration as a Pharmacist with Central or State Pharmacy Council.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Professional Trainees are stationed at the Rajiv Gandhi National Aviation University (RGNAU) campus in Fursatganj, Amethi, Uttar Pradesh. RGNAU is India's premier Central University dedicated to the aviation domain under the Ministry of Civil Aviation. Management trainees support university administration, academic planning, report writing, and strategic presentations; Engineering trainees assist with campus infrastructure, electrical/civil maintenance, BOQ preparation, and tender documentation; Pharmacy trainees manage the campus healthcare center, dispensary inventory, and emergency first-aid protocols. The work schedule entails 6 working days per week with 1 day of earned leave per completed month.

Pay Scale & Monthly Remuneration

Selected Professional Trainees will be paid a fixed consolidated monthly stipend of ₹20,000/- during the first year, and ₹22,000/- during the second year (if extended). No other allowances (DA, HRA, etc.) are admissible.

Consolidated monthly stipend: ₹20,000/- per month for the first year of engagement; ₹22,000/- per month for the second/final year of engagement (if extended). Total duration is initially 1 year, extendable up to a maximum of 2 years.
