AIIMS Rishikesh Deputation Recruitment 2026: Apply for 45 Group A & B Posts

Eligibility Criteria for Deputation:
• Officers/Officials from Central / State / UT Governments, Universities, Statutory / Autonomous Bodies, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), or R&D Organizations holding analogous posts on regular basis or with required regular service in the feeder grade.
• Medical Superintendent (Level 14): MBBS + MD/MS or Master's in Hospital Administration (MHA) with 10 years' senior administrative experience in a major hospital (preferably 300+ beds).
• Other Posts (Level 6 to Level 12): Specific professional degree requirements in Engineering, Architecture, Pharmacy, Social Work, Computer Science, Material Management, or Commerce, combined with unblemished vigilance record and 5 years' APAR/ACR dossiers.

Maximum age limit as on the closing date (14.09.2026):
• Medical Superintendent: 58 years.
• All other posts: 56 years.

Eligible Officers/Officials must submit their application in the prescribed format (Annexure - A) through the proper channel. The application, along with attested copies of all relevant certificates, should be sent to the following address:

The envelope must be super scribed with "Application for the post of ............................................ on deputation basis" and sent by Speed Post/Registered Post ONLY.

Required documents to be forwarded through the proper channel include:

• Duly attested photocopies of Confidential Reports (CRs) for the last five years.
• Vigilance Clearance Certificate, signed by an authorized officer, indicating no pending disciplinary or criminal proceedings.
• Latest Salary Slip with designation, grade pay, and Level.
• Statement detailing any minor/major penalties imposed.
• A certificate confirming the integrity of the Officer recommended for deputation.

Applications received without proper channel clearance or vigilance clearance, or without attested CR Dossiers, will not be considered. Candidates must produce all original documents for verification at the time of interview.
