- Public Procurement rules, General Financial Rules (GFR), Labour laws, RERA Act, 2016, Environmental laws, and Code of Civil Procedure (CPC).
• Desirable Experience: Experience in project development, infrastructure, and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) / concession matters of a development or infrastructure authority.
