• Essential Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Social Work (MSW), Sociology, Psychology, Child Development, or Law (LL.M.); OR a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with a recognized Diploma in Child Rights / Counseling along with 3 years of experience.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years' documented work experience in child rights, child protection, legal advocacy, child psychology, counseling, or sociology. Preference given to candidates with experience in DLSA, BSLSA, DCPU, Child Welfare Committee (CWC), Juvenile Justice Board (JJB), Special POCSO Courts, or Childline/Child Helpline services.
• Domicile Requirement: Only permanent residents (मूल निवासी) of Kaimur district are eligible to apply.
• Clean Antecedents: Candidate must not have any criminal case registered anywhere in India, must have clean moral conduct, and must submit an affidavit confirming they have never been expelled or blacklisted from any child welfare institution.

Citizen Service Center / VLE Franchise Model: Earnings are determined by government-approved transaction fees and citizen service delivery commissions, not a fixed monthly salary.
Selected Support Persons will be paid a consolidated honorarium of ₹9,000/- per case (inclusive of remuneration and travel expenses) disbursed through the prescribed administrative procedure of the Social Welfare Department / POCSO Court. Empaneled persons are not government servants and will not be entitled to regular government employee benefits or claims for regularisation.
