Candidates must meet one of the following eligibility categories under Telangana High Court rules:
1. Retired or resigned Judicial Officer from Telangana Higher/State Judicial Services (preferred); OR
2. Retired Court Superintendent or Section Officer possessing a Law Degree (LL.B); OR
3. Non-practicing Advocate with at least 5 years of active Bar practice and age above 45 years (with voluntary license suspension certificate from Telangana Bar Council); OR
4. Retired Gazetted Officer possessing a Law Degree or having passed the Criminal Judicial Test with 3+ years of magisterial powers experience.
Applicant must have at least 1 year remaining before reaching 65 years of age.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Summary criminal trial court proceedings at the Special Judicial Magistrate Court in Asifabad, Kumuram Bheem Asifabad district.
