• Educational Qualification: MBA or equivalent 2-year full-time PGDM recognized by AICTE / UGC in Marketing Management, Cooperative Management, Agri-Business Management, or Rural Development Management; OR Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Agriculture or Cooperation.
• Language Proficiency: Candidate must be well conversant with the local language (Assamese / local languages of Assam).
• Nationality: Only Indian Citizens.
• Age: 21 to 30 years as on the date of advertisement (24.08.2026).
• Posting & Travel: Stationed at the Bank's Head Office in Panbazar, Guwahati, with required field travel to branches and cooperative societies across Assam.
• Tenure: Purely contractual appointment initially for 1 year, extendable at Bank discretion up to 3 years.
