Educational Qualification

Eligible employees of All India Services, Central Civil Services, Autonomous Organizations, Regulatory Authorities, Universities, or Academic/Research Institutions of Central/State Governments:
• Director (Eco) [Pay Level 13A]: Master's in Economics with analogous post or 4 years in Level 13 / 10 years in Level 12.
• Joint Director (FA) [Pay Level 13]: Master's in Commerce / MBA (Finance) / CA / CS / CMA with analogous post or 5 years in Level 12.
• Deputy Director (Eco / FA) [Pay Level 12]: Master's in Economics (for Eco) or Commerce/MBA/CA/CS/CMA (for FA) with analogous post or 5 years in Level 11.
• Assistant Director (CS) & PPS [Pay Level 11]: Analogous post or relevant regular service in Level 10 / Level 8.
• Office Manager (CS / F&A) [Pay Level 10]: Bachelor's degree with analogous post or regular service in Level 8 / Level 7 / Level 6.

Age Limit & Relaxations

The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation basis shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications (24th December 2026).
