Essential: Ph.D. in Applied Physics from a recognized University. Desirable: Proven hands-on experience in nanomaterials synthesis, thin-film fabrication, resistive switching devices, memristors, and sensor development.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Upper age limit shall not exceed 35 years as on the crucial date (30th October 2026). Upper age limit is relaxable up to 05 years for SC/ST, Women & PwBD candidates, and up to 03 years for OBC (NCL) candidates.
