Educational Qualification

Qualifications as per UGC Regulations for the appointment of Assistant Professor: Master's degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade) in the relevant subject (Hindi / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Environmental Science) along with UGC-NET / CSIR-NET qualification OR a Ph.D. degree in accordance with UGC Regulations. Retired college/university teachers are also eligible up to 70 years of age.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Age criteria as per UGC Regulations. Retired teachers from Colleges/Universities are eligible subject to a maximum age ceiling of 70 years as on 01.01.2026.
