Educational Qualification

Requisite Qualification: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech (preferably in Electronics & Communication, IT, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics or equivalent) from an AICTE/UGC recognized University or Institute.
Experience: Minimum 22 years of post-qualification experience in Telecommunications / IT Project Management or technical leadership with experience in Network Management Systems (NMS), Element Management Systems (EMS) / OSS, network design, and scalable IT system design and architecture. Experience with Government Departments/PSUs is desirable.
Key Roles: Technical and professional support in project identification, client coordination, bid management, preparation/review of technical and financial proposals, and project acquisition.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Upper age limit is 64 years as on the last date of application (02.11.2026). Appointment is for an initial period of 1 year, extendable up to 3 years or attaining 65 years of age, whichever is earlier.
