Public Relations Officer (PRO): Degree in any discipline from a recognized University plus PG Degree/Diploma in Public Relations / Mass Communication / Journalism / Advertising / Visual Media Communication, with experience in RNI-approved print media and bilingual proficiency in Malayalam and English.
Executive Engineer (Civil): B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent recognized by University of Kerala) with minimum 10 years experience in building construction, primarily open to retired Executive Engineers from PWD/CPWD.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Upper age limit as on 01.10.2026: 60 years for Public Relations Officer; 65 years for Executive Engineer (Civil).
