The weightage is distributed across High School (10 marks), Higher Secondary (10 marks), Graduation (10 marks), Post Graduation / MBA (10 marks), and Additional Qualifications (maximum 10 marks; 2 marks for each additional qualification). Marks within each tier are assigned based on percentage brackets (>90%: 9 marks, 80-90%: 8 marks, 60-79%: 7 marks, 50-59%: 6 marks, <50%: 5 marks). Shortlisted candidates will be called for Document Verification at Head Office, Nava Raipur and must submit a medical fitness certificate from a District Medical Board.

Daily responsibilities include assisting PACS during computerization, resolving operational bottlenecks, formulating business/project plans, facilitating financial sanctions, and preparing weekly status progress reports under Ministry of Cooperation initiatives for DCCB Jagdalpur and Apex Bank Head Office.
