DCPU Chengalpattu Recruitment 2026 – Apply for 03 Assistant, Bench Clerk & Office Assistant Posts

Post-wise educational criteria are as follows:

• Assistant Cum Bench Clerk: Any Bachelor's Degree in Science, Arts, Commerce, Engineering, Medicine, or any other discipline from a recognized University in 10+2+3 or 11+1+3 pattern. Preference will be given to candidates with 'Computer on Office Automation' (COA) or Diploma/Degree in Computers, and Tamil & English Typewriting certificates.
• Junior Assistant Cum Record Clerk: Must have passed SSLC (Class 10) public examination or equivalent. Proficiency in computers. Preference for candidates holding typing certificates in Tamil & English.
• Office Assistant: Must have passed Class 8 (VIII) from any recognized State or Private School Board.

Candidates applying for any of the advertised posts must be below 42 years of age as on the deadline date of 22.09.2026.

1. Visit the official portal of Chengalpattu District at chengalpattu.nic.in and check under Notices > Recruitment.
2. Download and print the official application form proforma.
3. Fill in all relevant fields accurately in English or Tamil with personal, educational, and technical qualifications.
4. Attach self-attested photocopies of mandatory documents: Date of Birth proof, Mark sheets and Degree/Diploma certificates (8th / 10th / Degree), Computer on Office Automation (COA) / Typing certificates (if applicable), Family Ration Card / Nativity Certificate, Aadhaar Card, and prior work experience certificates.
5. Affix a recent passport size photograph and sign the application.
6.
