Educational Qualification

• Scientist-B (Medical): MBBS, BDS, or B.V.Sc. from a recognized institution with statutory council registration. (MD Microbiology and 2 years research experience desirable).
• Scientist-B (Non-Medical): First Class Master's Degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Virology, or relevant subject. (Ph.D. and molecular viral diagnosis experience desirable).
• Laboratory Technician: DMLT with 4 years of clinical experience OR B.MLT with 2 years of clinical laboratory experience.
• Data Entry Operator: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with typing speed of minimum 8,000 key depressions per hour (KDPH).
• Multi-Tasking Staff: Matriculation (10th Standard) pass from a recognized Board.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Upper age limit is 35 years as on the application deadline (15.09.2026) for all advertised posts. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and other categories as per Government of India / DHR / ICMR guidelines.
