Educational Qualification

• Para Legal Personnel / Lawyer: Degree in Law (LL.B.) with 3 years experience in women-related programs OR practicing advocate with 2 years court litigation experience.
• Psycho-Social Counselor: Professional degree/diploma in Psychology, Psychiatry, or Neurosciences with health sector background and at least 3 years experience.
• Case Workers: Bachelor's degree in Law, Social Work (BSW/MSW), Social Sciences, or Psychology with 3 years experience in women-related domains.
• Multi-Purpose Staff (Helper): Literate with relevant domain experience (10th pass preferred).
• Security Guard / Night Guard: Minimum 2 years security experience (retired military/paramilitary preferred).
• Note: Most posts are exclusively designated for female candidates.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Age calculated as on 01.01.2026: 25 to 42 Years. Age relaxations applicable for SC, ST, BC, and PwD candidates as per Government of Andhra Pradesh rules.
