Educational & Professional Qualifications:
• Educational Qualification: MBA / MBA in Marketing / Post Graduate Diploma in Management or Marketing (PGDM) from a recognized Management Institute or University.
• Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in direct sales; candidates having hands-on experience in Media Sales (TV/Radio/Digital Ad-Sales) will be given strong preference.
• Core Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, working fluency in respective local regional language, client pitching skills, and commercial negotiation acumen.
• Tenure: Contractual engagement initially for 2 years with annual appraisal, extendable based on performance and organizational needs.

The selection process comprises:
