• Associate Professor (Level 13A): Ph.D. degree in concerned discipline + Master's degree with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD) + minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience + minimum 7 publications in peer-reviewed journals with total research score of at least 75.
• Assistant Professor (Level 10): Master's degree with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD) in concerned/allied subject + UGC-NET/CSIR-NET or Ph.D. under UGC 2009/2016 Regulations (For Education: M.Ed. + PG in Social Science/Sciences/Humanities with 55% + NET/Ph.D. in Education as per NCTE norms).
• Professor-cum-Resident Director (Amethi): Ph.D. + 10 years teaching/research experience + 3 years Administrative experience (Level 14).
• Deputation Positions: Officers of Central/State Govt., Universities, or PSUs holding analogous posts or requisite service in lower academic levels (Age limit up to 61 years).
