• Option 1: Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 3+ years of professional experience in the Government sector / autonomous bodies.
• Option 2: MBA (Finance) or M.Com with minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in the Government sector / autonomous bodies.
• Specific Experience Requirements: Hands-on proficiency in autonomous body government accounting, Tally Prime software, GeM/CPPP public procurement procedures, scrutiny of TA/DA bills, medical bills, pension processing, internal audit, and statutory tax compliances (TDS/GST).
• Training Requirement: Selected candidates must mandatorily complete the Dakshta for Young Professionals course on the iGoT Karmayogi platform within 2 months of joining.

Selection of Young Professionals is conducted under Central Silk Board guidelines. Applications in the prescribed proforma (Annexure-I) along with self-attested copies of CA/MBA/M.Com certificates, mark sheets, and government experience certificates must be emailed to [email protected] on or before 07.10.2026. Applications will be shortlisted by a Screening Committee, and eligible candidates will be called for interview by the Selection Committee. An empanelled waiting list valid for 1 year will also be maintained.

Pay Scale & Monthly Remuneration
Fixed consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹70,000/- (inclusive of all taxes). Admissible for annual performance-based enhancement up to 10%.
Consolidated monthly remuneration: ₹70,000/- per month (inclusive of all applicable taxes). When required to travel on official tour, TA/DA is admissible as per Level-8 employees. Paid leave is granted at 1.5 days per completed month. Annual performance enhancement ranges from 5% to 10% (subject to a maximum ceiling of 1.35 times initial pay). Contractual tenure is for an initial period of 2 years, extendable based on performance review.
