• Construction Engineering & Project (Mechanical): Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) & experience in project management, EPC contracts, design review, commissioning, and project monitoring of BTG/BoP/Rail packages.
• Electrical Engineering & Commercial: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) & substantial experience in power sector commercial functions, negotiation/finalization of PPAs with DISCOMs, tariff negotiations, and regulatory affairs.
• HR & Industrial Relations: Graduate with MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) / Master's degree in HR Management, Personnel Management & Industrial Relations & minimum 10 years experience in thermal power plants, infrastructure, heavy engineering, or process industry.
• Environment Engineering & Management: Graduate in Engineering with Specialisation in Environmental Engineering & Management & experience in Environmental/Forest clearance (EMP/ESMP) for greenfield thermal power projects.
• Senior Fitment & Experience: Minimum 22 to 28 years of professional experience across CPSE/DVC/PSU/Government at E7/M7 to E10/M10 level, OR private sector company with annual turnover of ₹10,000+ crore (minimum 1 year in senior leadership position).
• Age Limit: Maximum 65 years as of 18/09/2026. A 15-day cooling-off period is required for retired government officials. VRS optees are ineligible.
