• Professor (12 Posts): Post-graduate qualification (DM / M.Ch / DNB in relevant super specialty or MD/MS with recognized training) with minimum teaching/research experience as prescribed by National Medical Commission (NMC) regulations, including required indexed research publications.
• Associate Professor (12 Posts): Post-graduate qualification (DM / M.Ch / DNB in relevant super specialty) with minimum requisite teaching experience as Assistant Professor and research publications as per NMC guidelines.
• Assistant Professor (07 Posts): Post-graduate degree (DM / M.Ch / DNB in relevant super specialty or MD in Anaesthesiology for surgical super specialty) as per NMC guidelines.
• Registration: Valid registration certificate issued by Delhi Medical Council (DMC) is mandatory at the time of walk-in interview.

- Walk-in Registration Window: Candidates must report in person between 09:00 AM and 11:00 AM on 23rd September 2026 at the Dean Office, 5th Floor, MS Office Building, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Basaidarapur, New Delhi - 110015. Late arrivals after 11:00 AM will not be entertained.
- Demand Draft Requirement: General and OBC candidates must bring a physical Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- in favour of ESI Savings Fund A/c No. 2 payable at New Delhi. The DD must be drawn on a scheduled bank and dated AFTER the publication date of the circular (14-09-2026). Cash or online payment is not accepted.
- Delhi Medical Council (DMC) Registration: Valid registration certificate issued by the Delhi Medical Council is mandatory for Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor positions at the time of the walk-in interview.
- Strict Prohibition on Private Practice: Private practice in any form is strictly forbidden during contractual engagement with ESIC. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the contract.
- No TA/DA for Walk-in: Candidates must make their own travel arrangements; no traveling allowance or daily allowance will be paid for appearing in the walk-in interview.
